Emergency Department (A&E)

I arrived at the a&e department on Friday the 28th of April 2023 at around 3:30 PM with a nasty cut on my finger, it was a fractured bone and a deep cut. Ive been seen and treated by Mohamed with dignity, kindness and in a very professional manner. Thank you very much for your help, Mohamed!

The old woman receptionist with the white wavy hair is very rude, kept having an attitude and shouted at my sister while she was in severe pains, we also waited 5 hours until they actually called her in because they wouldnt see her. The staff are very rude and do not care about anyone, especially that woman receptionist. She told us that my sisters injury wasnt worth calling the ambulance for, kept shouting at my sister who was in pain saying that there are more important patients and that she shouldnt argue with her, when she only wanted to ask what was going on with her file. That woman should be fired. Disgusting and disrespectful behaviour, there was definitely ageism involved.
