Absolute hurrendous of experience with just popping in to get forms to register at the surgery, completely unprofessional staff, except one who tried to help but immediately put in her place by the other. Staff were there as if anybody entering their surgery were disturbing their private space, not at all interested in doing their job, only if they knew what it was. People that were waiting looked even more fed up as if waiting for their execution. I quickly sensed the atmosphere and politely said thank you and left. Pity that people have to put up with these type of GP practices. God help NHS.

Doctor Senic himself is a very nice person but his reception staff are from hell. There is never an appointment, they never call you back. My optician warned me of a very high pressure in my eyes and sent a letter to surgery but to this day they haven't bothered calling.

I have been a registered member at this surgery for 13 years yet for the past week I have been contacting them to book an appointment for my son who is very ill, when I call them in the morning they tell me to call after 12pm and when I call them at 12pm they say call in the morning. I am deeply disgusted by the racist behaviour I have been subjected to recently.
