The best eyebrow experience my wife has had. She has been coming to this salon for over 4 years now, and no one seems to disappoint. The staff are all worth praising (new and the old), and the standard of treatment is impossible to find anywhere nowadays. A must go if you are in need for perfect eyebrows or any other treatment. Highly recommend

My wife previously lived in the area and wanted to get her eyebrows done. We drove over 1:5 hours and made it in time (6:30, Saturday), however the shop decided to shut at 6:30 rather than the advertised 7pm. This was a huge inconvenience and actually awful customer experience I will never hear the end of this and she also has a mono brow that shell have to carry until NYE! Either do what your website says or change it - you cant have it both ways. My wife said she wont be returning. Usually hit and miss with the ladies there anyway. - some OK and some just awful. Edited to reply to their reply: Thats absolutely rubbish - 30 mins wouldnt have caused any delay in repairing an electrical issue. You close at 7, organise your maintenance outside then. I wouldnt drive any minutes to get you. Ill find someone else. Rest assured I wont be coming back. I will not take you up on your recommendation of calling you prior either - is that your expectation of all customers? To call. A bit ridiculous right. As youve lost a customer.. Your website should be updated - thats our recommendation. You really shouldnt have closed early to a fake electrical problem. Anyway, I hope you had a nice time doing what ever you had planned to escape work early.
