        Lovely place for a night away celebrating our anniversary. The room was comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous for both our evening meal and breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Service from Matt and his team was impeccable throughout our stay, we'll definitely be back!!

        Fantastic couple of nights here! Highly recommend paying The Bruce Arms a visit for a pint, meal or night away. The food was fantastic, and Matt was a great host for the weekend. We each enjoyed the smoked bacon loin and lamb cannon. The sticky toffee pudding - what a treat!! The menu changes every couple of weeks or so, so you can be sure to get something seasonal. The breakfast was fab! Great local butchers produce. Some may say the food is not the cheapest, but hey, you get what you pay for. The Bruce seems to be on the up with the owners wanting to build up their business which is great to see and support. We will be back!!
