My A3 broke down on Friday so I rang MTech explained the symptoms and asked if the AA could recover the car to them, they were so helpful and friendly on the phone and although they were clearly already very busy they accommodated me. They repaired my vehicle on the Monday and explained in detail when I went to collect it what they had found and what they had done to get me back on the road. The customer service this garage provides is second to none and the price you pay is very reasonable for the level of knowledge the mechanics have and quality of service you receive. I wont be going anywhere else now!! Thanks so much MTech.

Booked in at very short notice (2 hours), on arrival the air con service was explained to me in detail. Work commenced almost immediately, with me able to view the workshop from a very well equipped waiting area upstairs. Entire facility was clean, tidy and well organised. On completion the bill was exactly as previously notified (very competitive), and a very helpful explanation of how well the job had gone. It seems that, as well as VW/AUDI and derivatives, they are also equipped to service BMWs, with all the requisite electronic diagnostic and electronic service record kit. Greatly impressed (and I am usually very critical of service organisations) and will certainly be inclined to abandon the overpriced and complacent main dealers and revert to M-Tech again for future servicing requirements on my two BMWs. Top notch service from Paul and the guys at Mtech. My t6 developed the adblue fault on the way down to holiday on Sunday, rang these guys and managed to squeeze me in on tuesday and all sorted by the afternoon without having to waste a day.
