Ella is the most wonderful yoga teacher. She really makes you feel comfortable in any yoga class and her little sanctuary is just the perfect place to relax and block everything else out. I have been doing classes with Ella for a 6 months now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my practice! I look forward to go every week and enjoying the relaxation. I would definitely recommend Ellas classes.

Starting 1-1 yoga sessions with Ella is one the best things Ive done for myself! Ella is amazing and helps me push my body out of its comfort zone! Shes helped me feel so much more confident and is so patient & passionate about what she does. The sanctuary is the loveliest little venue, the perfect place to switch off. I leave with my body and mind feeling so much better each week..

Ella's classes are always enjoyable, never dull, and The Little Sanctuary is a peaceful and welcoming venue. Ella always encourages us to do the best we can, while at the same time accommodating any problems or injuries. I would recommend her classes.

Ive noticed a huge difference in the past 6 months with my flexibility in different poses (which I never thought Id be able to do), and its all thanks to her!
