        Howard Dean car sales has restored my faith in private dealerships. I picked up the cheapest Audi RSQ3 in the country from this dealership with full service history, two keys, reasonable mileage. After being messed around with various finance companies Zach ended up putting me in touch with their own finance company who got me a lower rate anyway. Howard has given me extra time to get my private plates off, allowed me to collect my new car out of hours as I was working 7 days a week, and the customer service and ongoing support has been nothing short of fantastic. I hope to deal with them again in the future.

        A very pleasant experience from an honest straightforward business owner with no pushy sales tactics and a fair PX price.The car was presented well with a decent warranty and you felt a level of confidence that's often missing in the minefield of used cars.         I bought bmw 3 series convertible from Howard Dean in December ,really nice example, buying experience very professional , everything as it should be , I have been offered 3 months warranty on car and it was nicely valeted before collection. However few weeks later car developed misfire and rear breaks needed to be changed , called Howard and took car back to his dealership , Howard provided me with courtesy car and said when everything is fixed I will call you. After a week everything was repaired under warranty , no costs from my side . Now its a different beast, I am very happy with the car , and can genuinely recommend this seller . Very professional and honest .
