We used Max for a Home Buyers survey in March having found him when looking for RICS certified surveyors in our area. Max was extremely professional throughout our interactions with him. Quick to respond to emails and available for calls. We received our survey report back from Max within the specified timeframe. I was amazed with the length and amount of detail throughout the report. It gave us a good understanding of the house and immediate surrounding area. This enabled us to make an informed choice for any potential remediation work. Ive since shown this report to friends and our conveyancer who were also equally impressed with how thorough and diligent Max has been in comparison to others they had seen. My partner & I used Max to conduct a home buyer survey on an initial house which resulted in some adverse findings that we was unaware of, therefore resulting in us making an informative decision to pursue another property. We cant thank Max enough for his initial findings which couldve potentially caused us a lot of headaches after moving into the property. Max recently completed a RICS Level 3 survey for us after we had an offer accepted on a property in Hillingdon. Throughout the whole process Max has been extremely professional and easy to deal with. Ahead of the survey we sent him a list of our areas of concern regarding the property, he responded within 24hrs with in-depth explanations on how these would be assessed as part of the survey. The report was delivered on time and in an easy to digest, well laid out format which uses a scoring system to highlight the urgency of any work needed. The report was very comprehensive containing high quality images and details of recommended repairs. Cannot recommend him enough and would not hesitate to use again.
