Only popped in quickly to get a tiny 2cm of sole glued back on my husband's white patent dress shoes, in preparation for upcoming wedding. First, the guy in there ridiculed the shoes, asking if my husband was Fred Estair, then proceeded to rip even more of the sole away from the shoe. When I went back to collect them, they had smeared glue all over the sides and heels of the shoe and told me they didn't know what my husband had done to them, but they're all puckered and will never look the same again. The shoes are absolutely ruined and could definitely not be worn again in the state they've been left in. A 3 year old with a Pritt Stick could have done a better job!

Highly recommend Quickstep have used this business over the years for numerous shoe repairs and key cutting. Shoes look like new when I get them back. Great service!
