The worst property management I've ever experienced. They don't know how to manage the property, they don't know how to maintain the property. I called Mr brown asking him how to turn off the water as I had a leak in the property and the plumber needed to stop the flow so he could fix it, however Mr brown had no idea how to turn it off and he had no idea where the main water supply was, which was ridiculous. Brown and Partners don't clean they don't provide any services and the people in the office are just incompetent. If I could give no stars I would.

I would give 0 if I could. We had a problem with a leak in the flat for months. Tried to contact the agency with no luck. Have a severe mould and damp issues in the flat as a cause of this. With such a hefty amount of money they are charging for their service in managing the building its horrendous how little they do.

Browns manage a block of apartments in Ealing W5 Hollyoake Court. There were trees well small trees but well established growing out of the gutters over the communal parts which ajoin my property. Browns point blankly refused in fact MR Brown himself refused to remove these trees. I had no choice but to hire a tree surgeon to remove them at my own expence. Browns are totally useless. They are trying to increase the service charge on the block at the moment. I have owned an apartment which I rent out in the block for some 20 years now. I can honestly say Browns are worse than useless they will do noting to the maintain the building just collect money from the leaseholders. I am trying to get all residents togeather to get rid of them and we will manage the block ourselves or give it to a reputable company. Be warned stay well away

It seems you have to give 1 star which is 1 too many. Worst management company I have ever come across. Whilst others are crazy expensive at least they get things done. Browns do absolutely nothing and have what sounds like a poor old lady fielding phone calls and telling you Mr Brown is not there or working from home (so what!!). I wish people would stand up to them it's gone on too long.
