        I love my Saturday morning Slimming World group with Amanda. She is an excellent, enthusiastic and encouraging consultant. She is dynamic and fun, with a great personality, and has all sorts of helpful suggestions and solutions to help you navigate the various challenges that you may encounter on your weight-loss journey. She is very supportive and not at all judgmental if you encounter any hiccups along the way (we all do at some point). The Slimming World food optimisation plan is easy to follow and I highly recommend attending one of Amanda's groups, where you will meet with lots of friendly, like-minded people, who are all there to support each other and share on-plan meal ideas and recipes. Give it a try!
