I just wanted to say a BIG Thank you to Jason and his lovely team on behalf of myself and my family for kindly allowing me to have the 4 flower planters that once belonged to my great grandmother. I cant express what it means to me to have them back in the family, I have 2 and my mum and brother have 1 each. I visit South Ruislip once or twice a year as I still have family in the area but this years trip was to take my mum to Northwood cemetery so she could lay flowers for the Polish pilots who died in the Battle of Britain. However before heading to Northwood we decided to take a trip down memory lane and visit South Ruislip where my mum and dad grew up. I have the most wonderful Childhood memories of visiting 4 of my great grandparents and my grandparents who all lived just streets away from each other, it was great. I used to get super excited about these fortnightly trips as a girl. This time standing outside what was my great grandmothers old bungalow I saw the Let sign and said to my father I would love those old planters in the front garden as I knew they were there when I was a girl, dad suggested I called them and leave my details for the owner in the small hope someone would call me back and I could offer to buy them, it was worth a shot. Within 5 mins of giving my crazy request to the lovely lady over the phone Jason called me back, listened patiently to my story and then informed me that he was the owner and he would gladly let me have them for free once he had checked it was okay with his current tenant. Within less than 1 hour he called me back again and said it was no problem with the tenant. The following week, we popped down In a van and picked them up, the lovely chap renting off Jason was so nice as well. I am so grateful to Jason for allowing me to have them and for being so unbelievably kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to do business with Jason because he was nothing short of Fantastic in helping me. Thank You Again from all our Family, they will always be cherished.
