From viewing the property on several occasions to completion, the team at Kearns namely Jessica are a pleasure to work with. Some other estate agents (not to mention names) in the area need to take note of how to deliver great customer service and communicate smoothly and clearly. Would recommend for anyone selling or buying.

Recently had two valuations done on properties by Philip Benger, wonderful service and very professional. I dropped in to the shop first thing, interupting their morning meeting, they were happy to oblige and Philip moved his day around to accomodate two same day valuations, absolutly superb. Great Team and have been helpful with every phonecall and doen everything they said they would. would highly recommend Philip Benger his team and the agency as a whole.

I found them to be very efficient and professional. They valued the bungalow at a sensible price and found a buyer for that price and they also found a bungalow of our choice in the Ruislip area. My dealings were mainly with Jessica and Phillip who always provided me with the replies I needed and kept me informed as to the latest situation. They both chased all parties to make sure the buying and selling goes smoothly. Amazing team! would have no hesitation in recommending them as the Estate agent to use in the Ruislip and surrounding areas.
