Sadly I was sold an Aspire vape and told it was the easiest one to use that the shop keeper sells to elderly members of the community. Within 2 weeks it no longer worked although I had been careful to follow instructions of its use and was gentle with opening and closing it. I went back to ask for support and was met with rather patronising and cold response saying there was very little the shop keeper could do about it. I was refused a refund for being given a faulty product. As a new mum this was quite a big investment and a big disappointment. Not the friendly service I was expecting. I only hope this doesn't happen to others.

Excellent knowledgeable service here from the very friendly owner. Never tries to pressure sell but always happy to give advice and tips. Great competitive prices too, easily comparable to online shopping.
