Room 10 is tired, smells of dirty socks , and resembles the worst of all the premier inns I have stayed at; especially which has been 'mended'one too many times, yet has cracks and dirty mould, holes and raised old layers of paint. Given each room is nearly 90 per night, sticky, dirty carpets is not something you expect. I will be sharing images of the room itself. The staff at reception are excellent. What an embarrassing place for him to have to work at; he must be constantly apologising to guests. You are a national brand, not a back street 1 star B&B!

Food & drinks: The food is served by Beefeater. We love Premier Inn breakfast; however, we were disappointed with the service on the day. The staff members were unwelcoming. Poor hospitality. We were told 'not available' for most of the items. No milk in the coffee machine when we needed. When we finished our breakfast , milk was topped up in the machine. Most of the serving plates , bowl and cutlery were either not washed probably or their dishwasher not working properly.
