      • i work VGC on HS2 in birmingham and i left the job because first thing when you ring you labour manager for ask something he never pick your phone always in meeting even if you text him no reply only he ring you when they looking for someone like groundworker or concreter or 360 driver , fixer , chippy etc once i ring one of big boss on hs2 north ask him how they for night shift on HS2 for weekend because other agency they pay double for sunday day or night what vgc PAY us time half i just ask why vgc pay time & half he said to if you wanna work then come otherwise i dont care why this behavier
