What a great experience! From initial with Doug (a very nice human who is probably the main reason I decided to shop there) through to fitting with Dima (incredibly knowledgeable), the whole experience was excellent. Thoroughly recommend!

After my first visit, I left the shop with mixed feelings. Then I got a follow-up call from Paul (shop manager) to discuss my experience and why the mixed feelings. We had a lengthy and great chat and it led me to a second visit, this time for a bike fit, something I had been delaying for years. It was fantastic to work with Dima (in-house bike fitter) to address my position on the bikes and help me to extract more performance without compromising comfort. Thank you, Paul, Dima and the team!

Took my bike for a service, told I would need a new chain and cassette only to receive an email the next day with instructions to register an online account with Wiggle, order the parts myself and have them sent to the store at my own expense. Dumbfounded, I rang the store only to be met by belligerence from Douglas, I couldnt believe the attitude towards customers. I sent an email to express my concern, they say they take these things seriously. The lack of response would suggest otherwise. I had an awful experience at the Ruislip Specialized Concept store.
