        doctor bond phoned me on monday he went above and beyond , what a lovely doctor he is, cant thank him enough for what he did for my mam, even though the phone call was for me.

        Normally people say receptionists are unhelpful. Suzanne went above and beyond when I called the surgery. If the surgery does an employee of the month/week then Suzanne gets my vote. Alot of people could take a leaf out of her book. She definitely makes the surgery a better place.
