        Was on hold this morning for nearly 3 hours. Was number 1 in the queue for 45 minutes after only being number 5 at 8am. Had to give up and go somewhere else

        Been trying to phone them for 2 days. Hours in a queue, right upto to closing time, then it switches to recorded message saying closed.. I managed to get through to mayfield surgey in 5 minutes. I actually have a medical concern, highlighted at a work medical. I have been told to seea gp within 2 days. The fact you cant even get through is despicable. Go elswhere. I am.
