I always felt that the Managers of this place never really valued me as a customer. Someone to tell off if they were having a bad day more like it. I then had to clear my pockets one day while using their facilities. I accidently took a 50 note of of my pocket and placed in on one of their machines. I didn't catch my mistake. When I realised what I'd done minutes later I returned to the store. The money was gone. The Manager could not relay any details of anyone who had been in the store in the meantime but claimed not to have seen the money. I contacted the owner, who the Manager was very reluctant to put me in touch with. Instead of taking the circumstances seriously, by checking the E till for example to see if any transactions had taken place after I left, i.e. if confirming if anyone else had been in the store since I'd left, they just felt it right to palm me off. There are lots of elderly people in this laundry - woe be tide any of them slips up and leave something down for others to pick up. I'd suggest avoiding this place
