Booked a late night pickup (12:20 am) for my 16 year old daughter from the train station, 5 days in advance. I was promised the Taxi would be waiting for her upon arrival and being a female driver she seemed to understand that my daughter would be feeling vulnerable late at night in an unfamiliar rural area. Needless to say she was not there when the train arrived. Tried ringing Nikki but she never answered and by about 12.45 we realised we'd been blanked and she wasn't coming. Thankfully a neighbour came to our rescue and he picked my daughter up from the station at about 1:15 am. It was an extremely stressful situation for both me and my daughter. I feel really let down and can't recommend this service at all.

WOULD NOT ATTEMP TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! Booked a pick up to the station. At the time of the call she was driving but assured me that she would put it in her diary and not to worry and she emphasised that I will not let you down. On the day, at the appointed pick up time she did not appear. I rang her and she said that she was so sorry but she was in Bridgwater and could not get to us. No explanation as to why we had been forgotten. As a result we had to get our neighbour to take us to the station, we missed our train and had to pay an excess of 34 to go on the next service up to London, we arrived late at our hotel and we were unable to do most of what we had planned on that day. Her unreliability was unforgivable and just saying so sorry does nothing when your plans have been ruined.

Nikki was brilliant. Prompt communication and gave us a quote for both journeys. I would happily recommend Elite Taxis.

DO NOT USE. Booked for 7 people for a wedding and told the night before that she was busy and couldnt do it. Really left in the lurch so thanks for that.
