First time experience and wow. Considering we came off the back off a bank holiday, they were here before 10! Only ordered them Monday! Bags were still warm from the packs Corydoras were double bagged (nice attention to detail) Insane amount of water in the bags with plenty of air Fiesty in the bags, fiesty in the tank and went straight for the food to fill their guts Like the terminator - Ill be back.

I have ordered fish from several places before and been pretty satisfied with the service received. Received my first tropco order today and blown away, the step up in the quality of every aspect from the box, bag, packing, heatpads, fish and the support I've had this last week when asking questions. Even the courier they couple with was great, received a phone call a couple of hours before delivery from the driver to give me a time he would be with me and arrived within a minute of that time. Very much feels like I've found the pinnacle of mail order fish and can't see me going anywhere else in the future

Best shop! I had the pleasure of driving 2hours each way to pick up 3 stunning high quality fancy goldfish. Sean and Dan were extremely professional helpful and friendly - in fact they went above and beyond. We had such a good time and left with a massive smile. Thank you so much.
