Craig was great He set me very specific instructions to overcome my foot and knee issues The pain was awful and I was unable to weight bare I wasted several weeks waiting for nhs and all private insurance doctors were interested in was jabbing me with steroid injections I had shock wave to help with my plantar facia issues and began strengthening and stretching to make the area stronger than it was before Im forever grateful as a parent it was a struggle to do the basics with my young children Thank you

Thank you for all your help and support to my husband who was suffering from an acute attack of sciatica. Due to your treatment he is now fit again. Cannot praise you enough especially Hayley.

Hi. I booked in for some sports massage prior to running my first marathon. I was seen by Hayley on a couple of occasions and was really pleased with her advice, guidance and most importantly the sports massage. Very reasonable priced and very friendly service. The app programme is also very good. Would recommend.

I arrived with severe tendinitis in my ankles and Hayley knew exactly what to do to fix them. After lots of shock wave therapy, stretches and acupuncture my tendinitis is no more! I can highly recommend pro point physio for their knowledge, friendliness and brilliant service. Thank you so much.
