        Excellent surgery have only required help occassionally and then it was urgent - they were understanding and fitted me in, the nurse was kind and helpful and reception facilitated the appointment - extremely grateful for your care.

        Two online consultations filled out a day or two apart. Response to the first was zero. Response to the second was a trite text message saying they had "issued" a medicine but it was "available over the counter". Text did not allow a reply so I do not know if I have a prescription waiting or not. Pretty poor and unprofessional all round
