We recently purchased a used car from Reciprocal Motors. We were very impressed with Jordan's customer service - he was informed and knowledgeable about the car answering any questions we had about its history. He responded quickly to our enquiries. He allowed us to come to our own decisions about additional options and we did not feel pressured at any time. We would definitely consider using Reciprocal Motors again in future if we were looking for another car.

I recently bought a new car from Reciprocal Motors. At the time, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and was aware I know very little about cars so I was nervous about buying anything second hand. The owner, Jordan was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was professional and helped me ascertain what kind of car suited my lifestyle. Jordan took the time to reach out to me when he found a vehicle he thought I'd like and explained all its features. I felt no pressure throughout the process as he suggested a range of different cars. He also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything set up to drive it away on collection day. He spent time with me that day talking through where everything was in the car before I drove it away. When I collected my car, it was immaculate and had been prepared with such care. He also helped me tax the car on the day and helped me set up breakdown services. I absolutely love everything about my new car and would recommend this garage to anyone who wants a quality car.
