        A lovely, well maintained community, it's expanding. It has great facilities, friendly, supportive neighbours, recently updated with park map, easy to access office, clean tidy, pretty, with loads of local within walking facilities. Hourly bus route, 6 min walk away, taxi local. Great dog walks. No under 45s. All visitors welcome, no concern for cold callers/contractors. A nice place. Narrow roads with easy to read signs, 8mph..one way signs.. easy layout if driving sensibly.
