    Just used the service for the first time since moving to the area 3 years ago. I rang this morning and spoke to a lovely receptionist and then got a phonecall back from a paramedic within half an hour (sorry I can't remember your names). I'm very impressed with their amazing treatment especially given all the current pressure the nhs is under. Thank you for your help.

    My husband had a Well Man check cancelled this week?? Was informed that no longer offering this service even though he received a text from the NHS requesting he make an appointment for this service?? Said he had some issues that he wanted to discuss at this appointment so could he make a Drs Appointment, was informed a Dr would call him later that day........ 2 days later still waiting for the Dr to call. Absolutely shocking, disgraceful service.

    Waited over 40 minutes on hold, never got through to anyone. Ironically, Every 10 seconds your told how important your call is, for me that was over 240 times. Sort out your reception please.

    The surgery undoubtedly has current staffing issues, and this is impacting on their ability to answer the phone, and on accessing a GP in a timely way. However, my family member has recently been very unwell. Paul (paramedic) was exceptionally kind and responsive, with good follow-up and Kay in reception is always helpful and really tries to ensure my family member is supported by the right medical professional at the right time. They are now getting better and I have just had a follow up call from Elise at the surgery to see how else the surgery could help. It was a very helpful conversation and prompted me to write this review. The surgery appears to be having a very difficult time and that's not good for either them or the people they support. However, these staff members have gone the extra mile for my family member and I wanted to say thank you.
