Mostly friendly staff, customer service keep you waiting, without acknowledging you are waiting, a bit abrupt in their manner, maybe could use re training, as become complacent when you approach, rotating staff usually helps in my own experience, as area manager. Shame because floor staff and cashiers are very helpful and approachable. Same position staff can become stale mate, or need refresher courses. A tip would be: smile and say sorry for keeping you waiting, how may I help....

Much improved since being taken over by Morrisons ! Better layout, with new refrigeration units. Better fresh food options.

Popped in today to do my lottery, the young lady in there was very abrupt and rude .......totally unnecessary more interested in asking her colleague if he'd had a cup of tea. I won't be using this MC Colls again !!
