We had to deal with a very tricky situation replacing a septic tank and Dan went above and beyond what we could have expected. He explained all our options clearly, was prepared to meet and talk to neighbours, remained in constant contact, and kept everyone calm. In the end the job was done to everyones satisfaction and even came in below the original quote. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The design met the demands of a complex site and was brought in at a very reasonable budget. The liaison from Dan throughout the process was exemplary and the speed of installation left our neighbours, who had appointed someone else to do a similar job for them, bemoaning the fact that their installation was taking so much time. The team who installed it were all personable and extremely good at their job, especially the foreman who oversaw it. Given the amount of earth that they dug out to install the tanks, the impact on the garden, at the end of the job, was negligible. All in all, very impressive. Service: Septic system installation

We asked Below Ground Solutions to assist with a drop kerb installation and are extremely pleased with the end result. The team were very polite, quiet, worked hard and efficiently; imposing minimal impact on us whilst working from home. We have been very pleased with the experience of dealing with Below Ground Solutions. It can be daunting to have work completed and we have been burnt previously, but everyone involved with upgrading to a treatment plant has been very positive and managed whatever challenge came up along the way.
