We used James Gray to sell our property. They were superb! They found a buyer quickly but also provided a vital link between our solicitor and the sellers solicitor. Had they not kept all parties updated throughout I think the sale may not have made it to completion. I would strongly recommend them.

We have recently purchased a barn conversion that was being marketed/sold by James and his team. James and Claire were very helpful and supportive and delivered a highly personal service. Although we lost a couple of buyers, and our sellers lost a couple of previous buyers, we felt our purchase of the barn was meant to be - and so it transpired. James and his team did a great job of selling our house. Not only did he get us a good price, we felt really well supported throughout the whole process. He was always easy to contact and was thoroughly professional at every stage. Someone described him as "very caring" - words that aren't usually associated with estate agents!
