Dreadful service through and through. Failed to deliver a bat emergence survey on the deadline date, despite several reminders that the date was approaching in the prior weeks. Due to the late report, we were forced to apply for an extension on our planning application deadline. Next to no communication within the business and very expensive. All knowledge of a poor service was denied by the owner and no apologies made. A small discount as a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the inconvenience and poor service we had received, was all revoked. Avoid!

I could not be happier with the service recently provided by Simon and his team at QE. We required a service that no less than 3 other ecologists seemed to find impossible but Simon took on the work and then quickly and efficiently delivered the result we had hoped for. QE delivered on time at a competitive price and it did not matter they were based over 200 miles from our site.

Quantock Ecology are professional and approachable and have been able to deliver high quality survey work and advice for all ecological matters. I have found the fee structures to be competitive and the service received excellent value for money. Surveys and reports are undertaken in a timely manner and they are always on hand to assist with a wide variety of matters before, during and after the planning process. The ability of Quantock Ecology to follow the Bat Low Impact Class License application process has sped up the delivery of otherwise complex license applications with Natural England.

Quantock Ecology provided two days of quality, bespoke bat related training. Facilities and field locations were excellent and the content delivery pitched at just the right level for the attendees. I look forward to organising something else with them in the not too distance.
