Really great service. I ordered a transducer from here for our Dimplex Optimyst Grand Noir. Before we replaced it the myst was there but you couldn't really see it, we checked the fan was working and it was, so we tried this. The transducer was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. It was just like the original one we replaced with all the same markings and everything. It worked perfectly and our flames seem even better than when we first got the stove!

Got some excellent advice from Alan regarding Valor Electric Fire which was not producing heat. Some simple maintenance sorted the problem . Although no need to purchase a part will definitely be back if and when I do. Thoroughly recommend.
