Literally she would book me in ASAP whenever she could - even if this meant she started a little earlier (because I am one of those people that don't plan my appointments in advance!).
She is so professional, clean and friendly.
She has been waxing me and doing my nails for around 8 years now. From the 1st appointment she remembered everything from our conversations, so would ask how certain things were going.
