Yoni, thank you! We eventually got the home we were dreaming of! After much back and forth, we are delighted to be at the end of our home finding journey. I recently use Levy finance to place a mortgage products for my purchasing and I was surprised by the professional and efficiency. Yoni is a very professional, nice person and knows exactly what customer needs and also able to deliver them. After my mortgage successfully granted, he is Initiatively managed to locate a better product and replace the current one for me, which completely out of my expectation! I really appreciate with Levy Finance and will work with them again for the further purchasing and highly recommend anyone who is planning to seek a good mortgage product.

If you're after a mortgage, then seriously, just STOP looking, get in touch with Levy Financial and let them do the rest. Don't even bother trying elsewhere because the service simply won't be anywhere near as good. We needed to move our mortgage last year from a specialist lender on a variable rate, and things were proving difficult for a number of reasons, including credit history, affordability, rocketing interest rates and an active "Help-to-Buy" loan. But Yoni, with the exceptional help of Hannah, managed to find us a mortgage with a high street lender at a very competitive rate, with or without the option to pay off Help-to-Buy. We completed today and couldn't be more satisfied. What really impressed me was Yoni's knowledge of both the market in general, and the criteria for all lenders on their panel. He seems to know every product inside and out and which lenders would be most suitable for us. But the main thing for me was that, whilst other mortgage brokers will give up and ignore you if it gets too tough for them, Yoni would not let our case go until the remortgage was done, despite our case being a very difficult one. And the icing on the case was the finishing touch - Yoni managed to lower the rate for us and save us an extra 60 per month or so at the last minute without delaying the process. That was a touch of class. So thank you Yoni and Hannah. I genuinely felt at times that you were my own personal mortgage brokers. I look forward to next time we need your services!
