        This is the slowest most unprofessional greggs Iv ever been to The young girl came in drunk on a Saturday morning dropped all the sausage rolls on the floor and thought it was funny On a positive the mature lady front of house does a fantastic job dealing with customers due to the volume of traffic they get through the door Sort it out ladies your letting a very good company down every other greggs I go too are a high standard

        Last time I will visit Greggs. No customer service whatsoever... Had a loyalty card and asked for a caramel latte even if I had 10 stamps on card they said I need to pay for the caramel but t&c states that you get any coffee after 10 visits. Extremely disappointed as I used to buy and use loyalty cards for years but after this experience I will definitely buy coffee from other competitors.
