    Trying to help this company in returning a scooter delivered in error to me. After wasting a lot of time on chat, both with a bot and a live agent, I then spoke to someone on the phone and arranged with them for the scooter to be picked up on Monday 2nd May before 6pm. Waited in all day, no one came. No contact since then to rearrange collection. Microscooters, it's sitting here waiting for you, but if it hasn't been collected at my convenience (I am, after all, doing you a favour here, not that you'd think it, judging by the attitude of your operatives!) by Friday 20th May, I will dispose of the item. I am not your unpaid storage facility!

    Mixed experience for me Good product. Good price. Arrived quickly. However, Ive been charged twice for postage, and the response has been a bit lack lustre, which has left a bad taste in the mouth. Responded quick via WhatsApp, to confirm they will check their PayPal, to see if I have been billed twice. Maybe its just semantics, but their response appeared to be more about checking the validity of my claim than rectifying it. I provided bank statements showing the double charge. Ive not heard back in over 24hrs, other than to ask me to leave a review, so I am Hopefully they will resolve this so I can update my review. Worth noting that all their bad reviews seem to centre around shipping issues
