An excellent service!!! They made sure I got home safe and sound and was incredibly kind to me in the car on the journey home! A lovely family owned business, 100% worth using !!!!!! I will definitely be using their service again !

These people are potentially dangerous. Do not let your vulnerable relatives near them. I am extremely serious about this. Our elderly mother in law was ill and after spending alot of money on rehabilitation and her being in therapy we paid them to take her in their taxi to therapy daily . Instead of driving her to therapy the driver brain washed her and said she just needed God and that she would be happier in their country the philipines and that she should go there and that he and his wife Joni would help her move there as she would be better there! ! Our elderly unwell mother in law was vulnerable to this and ended up not only paying for their airfare so they could go home and visit their relatives and "set her up "but also she rented a house there and they moved the taxi driver's mother in to "care" for her at great expense, which cost most of our mother in law's pension . As well as her mental health issues she had a heart condition - we begged Joni and her husband who is the taxi driver not to go ahead with the plan -we rang them many times , and so did other people , because we all knew she needed specialist care for her heart, cancer and her mental health issue too but they ignored us and continued with their plans despite what we told them - honestly we begged and begged them not to do this to our family and tear us apart , We loved our mother in law and mother despite her problems but all we wanted was for her to stay well, but despite everything we said to them, they continued with their plans and organised a visa (charging her for their time) and took her to the airport (charging her for that too) , flying with her to Manila (charging her for that too) .Leaving us with a household full of things to clear up . . In the Philipines our mother in law sadly died of a heart attack (surprise surprise) and we never saw her again- and do you know what was the worst ? the taxi driver and his wife couldnt even be bothered to tell us she'd died they didnt even have the decency to do this and clearly no compassion themselves- we found out from the foreign office later despite out numbers and address never changing . These people are evil ! i beg you, do not use them. BTW they rang my husband and asked him to ask me to remove my earlier review as it was ruining their business ! (what about the ruining of our lives !- they didnt seem interested in that! ) they have blocked me from their facebook page so I cant write a review there. they have never apologised for their behaviour , so I think its important that people know before using them, so they dont do do this to another family. This has cost us great expense financially but far more importantly their actions meant we lost our beloved mother and mother in law and missed out on her precious last few years because of these evil people.
