Totally honest review. The location is really nice, just opposite dukes seafood and nice access to the beach etc. We booked a seaview room, for Saturday 15th April. Understanding that this is school holidays and prices are more, the room was pricey. When we got in to the room, I was shocked how they can charge 159. The room was tiny, the bed was tiny, and had mould in the room. Bathroom facilities were OK but not worth that money. We went downstairs to have a drink at roughly 3.30 and there was a customer there blind drunk spilling drinks all over the placestaff didnt seem to do anything at all it was really odd. He had food all over his face and at one point, stuck his middle finger up at customers passing him! Like I say, staff almost sort of humoured him and laughed. For the price of the venue etc, Id of booted him out. Good points, the breakfast was really nice. And also, there was one female member of staff, young girl with nose peircings who was particularly goodsuggesting gins when I was indecisive and explained what tonic would compliment it. Good service from her!!
