On the check out day 2 agents came and collected the keys. They were all jolly lolly!
Few days later they sent me email they wouldnt return a penny from my 830 deposit. Ive uploaded a photo too!
I knew from previous reviews about their morality.
I took photos of the property before I checked out. Those helped me evidencing their charges were unjustified, unfair and fraudulent.
Deposit Protection Scheme investigated and didnt allow this letting agency deducting my deposit. I got my deposit back from DPS.
Other tenants lost hundreds of pounds in past but Im fortunate not to be scammed!!!
Stay away from this agency!!!
