        I have worked with Nolan for some years now and his knowledge is outstanding. Having suffered back injuries over the years, Nolan is able to work with me and my osteopath to create testing work outs that are still within safe limits. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nolan if you want a flexible approach to maintaining fitness and helping weight loss, especially if you are limited by any sort of injury, where his expertise comes to the fore.
