Mersea Mutts Ltd

We ordered a T Touch harness from Mersea Mutts for our new rehomed dog but unfortunately it arrived to us damaged. We emailed them with pictures to ask about it and within the hour, Mark phoned me back to resolve the situation. The item had been damaged by the courier no fault at all of Mersea Mutts, but they were so attentive and got a new harness sent to us straight away with next day shipping. They are such a genuinely lovely family run business who cate about their customers and their pets! I wouldn't hesitate to use Mersea Mutts again or recommend to friends and family.

Fiona is absolutely fantastic and taught us everything we needed to know in a way where we could be successful ourselves. All training is very positive and rewarding, and Fiona really helped us to understand the psychology of our puppy's behaviours as he grew through the different stages of development. That puppy we brought to classes last year has now grown to be an incredible dog, thanks in no small part to everything we learnt from Fiona.
