My Neice has to phone then 288 times just to get through to make an appointment. The problem isnt the GPs, not the staff but just the fact we have exactly the same number of GPs now as we had thirty years ago. Youve got to ask the question Are we winding down the NHS?

Rang surgery at 8:15 am today and given an appointment with Dr Abdul within an hour.. Dr Abdul rang me at 9:30 am, prescription given which I collected from the Care pharmacy at 11am. First tablet taken at 11:30 this morning! Thank you for an excellent service.

Sadly one of the WORST surgeries I've ever been with. Not all staff members let the team down, (there are some diamonds in the rough), but most do. Doctors and nurses are short and dismissive; I have also been accused of lying by medical staff about symptoms and their causes, accusations which cost valuable time in getting a serious diagnosis. Their modes of operation and opening times are unclear and sub-par at best, their patient aftercare and information provision is abysmal and all but I believe two of the receptionists/office staff always seem to have far more interesting and important things going on, as well as being fantastic at mishandling information. Awful surgery.
