Bought a Landrover just over a year ago and already know people local to me use RST. Needed something specific looking at and cannot fault Richard and his team. They took a code reading, told me what the cost would be based on their initial prognosis. They were spot on and even showed me the faulty part. I also asked them to look at a suspicious noise.their feedback was yep, thats normal and again explained what the noise is.it is a Landy after all so no unexpected extra cost.. Great service, clearly all know their stuff and I will be going back. Thank you Richard and your team

Amazing service from RST Land Rovers -- I had asked if a replacement item could be sent, and despite me making this request WAY outside of the 30-day return period, the person I spoke to at RST - who I understand was the Manager - had very graciously agreed to send me out a new replacement item via fast courier delivery, which has promptly arrived. Now THAT's what I call good service - something so very hard to find these days. I will DEFINITELY buy from RST again, even if someone else happened to be a bit cheaper, because the hassle I've had buying from some other Land Rover companies is remarkable - even those with seemingly excellent feedback rating, such as when I've been sent the wrong items and then had the hassle of arranging a return, it just isn't worth the stress and precious time for the sake of saving a few pennies. So well done RST - Thumbs up from me!
