The Little Kitchen Cakery

I ordered a bespoke cake (sent a picture of what i wanted) and it was nothing like what I ordered but then after discussing with Kelly, I decided to accept cake and paid balance and picked up cake but my mistake was I didnt check cake until I got home when I found it was not in a good condition at all. It had chipped etc and I messaged Kelly in the end she accused me of sabotaging the cake because I didnt like the cake in the 1st place and because I want a refund. I find that insulting. An apology would have made me happy but she chose to say that to me. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE. if I wanted a refund, I would ask for it and I wouldn't have paid balance and then drive over 6 miles to pick up cake that I need tomorrow for my birthday and then sabotage it. what an insult. is a 0 star if I could.

Cakes with the wow factor! I wanted something truly special for my daughter and Kellie was amazing to work with. The cake was too pretty to cut but I'm glad we did because it tasted amazing. We are on Mersea Island and wanted to take it to The White Hart on Mersea - that was no bother with Kellie delivering for us. If you want a wow factor cake, exceptional customer service, something creative and delicious, The Little Kitchen Cakery is a must!
