We were quite pleased with our trip. We misplaced the key to our shed, so technicians arrived the next morning, easily picked the lock, and rekeyed one access. Then, while they were still standing there, I inquired about putting a keypad to another door and replacing the hardware. They guided me through all of the options, then returned the next day to install everything and assist me with the setup. They were kind and helpful, and they completed all tasks flawlessly. I will surely contact them again the next time.

The technician is really responsive and professional. I contacted extremely early on a Friday morning in a panic since we needed to rekey our office. Within a few hours, our office got all new locks and keys. The only thing that went well that day was probably phoning him. He was responsive over the phone and afterwards via text message. He was nice and respectful to our office employees. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. It's reassuring to know that there is a locksmith like him in our neighbourhood. After a very hectic work day, I misplaced my lone key to my 2011 Jeep. The following day, I searched Google! and discovered this locksmith. The technician was really courteous and completed my key in under 15 minutes! He was easy to talk with, and I would use him again if I needed a locksmith in the future.
