Purchased a few vans from here in the past and would of been happy to recommend them however since completing the sale of the last vehicle I've not managed to get them to send my dash cam or vehicle trackers back to me. Chased them for weeks and given one story after another till I've now lost patience and would not go back here for another vehicle.

Good stock selection, let down by poor customer focus, is not interested in you as a customer, just a signature on the line. Test driving seems a big issue for them, but they do support a 3 month "warranty". I won't be rushing back

Brilliant experience from start to finish Louis was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. No stupid haggling it was the lowest price online (as confirmed by a local dealer) Beautifully decked out and equipped van, parking sensors fitted the same day and superb delivery service arrived at my work at 9am!! Ideal by name ideal by nature!

Purchased my Citroen Dispatch here 1 year ago in March. Overall, a decent service, reasonable delivery cost, and van was generally in the condition advertised. Had an issue a few months in, for which I emailed Louis, and it was resolved with a local garage promptly, and I am happy with the after care given. The van has ran fine this past year overall, but as it only had around 45k on it, that should be a given. The reason I had to give a star down is, one, a front parking sensor is no longer working correctly about 4 or 5 months in (outside their warranty period of course) and constantly setting off the "danger close" alarm, I had disabled the sensors since then and have yet to get it looked at, as not a priority in my business expenses right now and I simply park the van without, and secondly, upon yearly MOT, it was found that the rear tyre had an incorrect load bearing rating and was designed to be fit to a car, not a van, definitely not a van capable of loading 1.4 tonne. Which I had to have replaced at the cost of around 130. Not ideal, and I could have gotten into some trouble either legally or on the road. Surprisingly, this was not picked up on the MOT I was sold the vehicle with, which I assume is done in-house. Granted, I have not contacted Ideal to resolve it as it has been over a year, but it was disappointing it managed to pass an MOT last year with that issue present. This is just my experience so far.

First class service from Louis when buying our van. He made the whole process simple and keep me informed throughout. We were delighted when we picked the van up and the handover was great too. Would highly recommend.
