InstaVolt Charging Station

Half hour wait last night in freezing conditions because the vacant charger was out of order. Both chargers shown as out of order on Zap Map, but only one shown out of order on Instavolt App. Non functional chargers are far too common. How often did you ever find a petrol pump out of order? Surely operators want their chargers to be functional all the time?? To the customer there appears to be no priority whatsoever to the restoration of charger function. Perhaps the 'out of order' notice needs an additional note as to when function will be restored in order to give the customer reassurance that the provider is actually doing something about the problem? Does Instavolt have any service standards e.g. fixing dead chargers within 3 hours?

Working fine as youd expect, but bays are are too narrow for wheel chair users and given the lack of facilities on site (theres a shop and some old fashioned petrol pumps) these should be much faster than 50kW, which I didnt even achieve having plugged in a car with 100kW charging capability at 25%

The usual excellent experience using InstaVolt. The charging spaces at West Meon can be a little cramped to reverse into when the service station parking bays are full. But you only have a wait a minute or so for one to free up to give you room to safely reverse.

Excellent charger, but why turn the power off when the garage is closed? Are you short of money?
