Rudest and most unhelpful receptionists in the world!!!! I feel very sorry for the doctors who inevitably end up on the receiving end of people's frustrations after dealing with these patronising and deeply offensive women.

We are so lucky to have West Meon surgery, in the 28 years Ive been using it, I have always managed to get an appointment telephone or face to face either same day or within the week. Some people dont realise how rare and lucky that is / all of the staff there should be thanked for their hard work and care.

Definitely verging on medical malpractice/negligence, I had to argue with my GP to get another set of blood tests after an initial set were null - this is after she gave me advice CONTRARY to the nhs website (and acceptable medical practice) and made me call up multiple times, speak to the rude receptionist only to be told Im fine - how she deduced this from incomplete blood tests I will never understand.
