        Hadn't been using Pennards long when sadly we had to say goodbye unexpectedly to our beloved Bob. Vets n staff went that extra mile to make it just that little bit easier n if possible nicer for all of us n very respectful. In memory to Bob we decided to adopt n along came Carter n with him a whole host of foot problems feels like we have been there on a weekly basis lol but so impressed and pleased with help n support from both the vets we have been seeing. They have both been great n lovely supportive staff to. Highly recommend xx

        Friendly and helpful team. Made us and our dog feel very at ease during her annual health check and vaccination boosters. Recommended.

        Frankie has seen 3 vets in this first month. On each visit we have been greeted with a polite smile and a clean practice. The staff clearly not only like animals but love them too. The fact they are family isnt lost on pennards. I would highly recommend.
