        Always polite and patient. Shame some of the customers don't appreciate that. I was behind a very bad mannered woman who it turned out hadn't completed her forms correctly. They were very tolerant despite her poor behaviour

        Super helpful and friendly service whenever I have bought special stamps, and I was delighted to find out today that I could pay in cheques and take out cash: what a fantastic facility now that so many local banks have disappeared here.
